CRS Mobile Cold Storage have a 24 hour callout service available for all hired and sold refrigeration and cold store units in the UK and Ireland. For cold storage sales this includes a typical 12 month parts only warranty.
In the unlikely event of a portable cold storage container breakdown, our highly skilled service engineers will respond quickly & efficiently to your call.
CRS strive to form long-term alliances with contractors and aim to attend all callouts promptly.
Maintenance
CRS has an active maintenance policy for all hired refrigeration and cold store units, which is a key preventative measure in keeping your portable cold storage containers working correctly. This maintenance policy has successfully pre-empted the need for many callouts and provides a real benefit to our customers.
Maintenance contracts are available for all our portable cold storage equipment so be sure to ask about them when you rent, lease or purchase any of our cold stores, refrigeration containers or blast freezers.
