The CRS Cold Storage is a company registered in England and Ireland which is part of the CRS group of companies (collectively referred to as "CRS", "we" or "us" in this policy).

Types of data we collect

Website Cookies

Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for our email marketing we collect personal information. We do this to ensure we are sending you the right communication, to keep our records up to date and also to check in from time to time to ensure you’re happy with the service from CRS.

We don't share, sell or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We currently use a third-party provider to create and deliver our newsletters. From this we obtain statistics from our client’s email behaviour using standard technology to help monitor and improve our offering. For more information, please see the providers privacy policy. Telephone Recording

For purposes of quality control and staff training, CRS reserve the right to record all sales and enquiry calls, both incoming and outgoing. If you have any queries about the uses of recorded phone calls please contact us via enquiry@crs.ie.

 

Third Parties

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may pass your information to our third-party service providers. However, when we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service. We also have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and states that it must not be used for any marketing activity by them.
