The high unit capacity of our QTUs, also known as Morep Units, means the thawing container can quickly and effectively defrost entire pallets of goods.
The thawing process can be closely monitored throughout and regulated by the intelligent controller. The Quick Thaw Units feature multiple data points to help regulate the container's internal temperature. This precise temperature control through the thawing process dramatically reduces drip loss, helping to retain product quality.
The intelligent controller can track, and log defrost cycles to review the data in real-time it can be downloaded for future uses.
The greatest benefit of the QTU is the delay timer, which enables the user to set the start time of the thawing cycle. Therefore, frozen goods can be loaded ahead of time, stored, and defrosted when required. Once goods are defrosted and have thawed, the container can be set to maintain the desired temperature to ensure the best quality and aid removal.
