Telemarketing Executive

We are currently seeking to recruit a Telemarketing Executive. This is an exciting time to join the business.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the CRS Telemarketing Executive will play a central role in the growth of revenue within CRS Group’s portfolio

A key deliverable will be the growth in sales through business development in the generating of leads, quotes and appointments for sales reps in Ireland and the UK.

Overall Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to feed into the overall development of the Marketing Strategy of the business. This is a learning and development opportunity for a potential candidate who would be excited to make their mark in the organisation.

  • Achieve clear activity and revenue targets.
  • Create business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their potential.
  • Establishing and developing relationships with prospects. Provide them with support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities for them to increase profit and service improvements through the solutions CRS are offering.
  • Deliver prepared sales scripts developed from guides that explain the services and product set of CRS in order to build relationships or develop opportunities. Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals, companies and sectors.
  • Seek opportunities for appointments or quotations over the telephone, and conduct online sales presentations.
  • Explain products and services features and benefits provide basic guide prices and answer questions from customers.
  • Maintain (clean) and develop the contact database within CRM. Manage contact, response and information flow.
  • Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted onto the CRM system.
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers and manages follow-ups to ensure all calls are followed up when agreed with potential customers.
  • Compose emails or write letters to respond to correspondence from potential customers or to follow up on initial sales contacts.
  • Making initial contact to develop a relationship with the target of obtaining a qualified sales appointment for the field sales department.
  • Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers
  • Administrative tasks such as maintaining (data) files and processing paperwork.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
  • Working knowledge of relevant CRM software and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Skilled in negotiation and able to handle customer rejection
  • Persistent, self-motivated and results-oriented
